Shipping & delivery therms

The products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer when the order is registered

At the reception  of the order, the customer is obliged to check the content of his order.

In case of deterioration, it is required to report it as soon as possible, by email to "thibault@eliepourelle.com".

No complaint concerning the reception or the contents of the parcel will be accepted more than 48 hours after the delivery.

Here's the shipping cost :

Belgium : 10 euros , Free shipping for 100euros order (or more).

Other Country of Europe : 15 euros.
